How to Create RSS Feed for Blog – Creating RSS Feed to your Blogger Blog is simple and easy one with help of this Google Feedburner RSS Tutorial
Step 1 : Open two tabs. One for Blogger.com account and another one for Feedburner.com account.
Step 2 : Now login both Blogger account as well as Feedburner Account with Google Account.
Step 3 : Select any blogger blog from Blogger Dashboard Page.
Then click “View Blog” link. Now you notice one thing in your address bar of your web browser. The “Orange Color Button” at the end of your address bar. That button is called RSS Button. So it shows your blogger blog already have RSS Feed inbuilt one. You just click that button, then you see one is Atom Feed and another one is RSS Feed. There is no much difference between atom feed and rss feed. So you click any feed to see whether your post(s) are updated here. In blogger blog your full posted automatically converted into RSS Feed, so you no need to burn a new feed.
Step 4 : Now, one question arise why I have to burn new feed for my blogger blog. The thing is you can do more things with Feedburner RSS Feeds than Blogger RSS Feeds. That’s why you have to burn new feeds with Feedburner.com
Step 5 : Now, you copy your blog URL from the address bar. For example http://yourblogname.blogspot.com and paste in the Feedburner box provided exclusively for this.
With Feedburner you can create and manage all your RSS Feeds at one place. In blogger, you no need to create rss feed because blogger blogs are already inbuilt their own RSS Feeds. So you no need to buy any RSS feed creating software to create rss feed for your blogger blog.
You see the below picture you just paste your blogspot url below in the box and “Tick” I am a podcaster! box and click Next button.
Step 6 : After click the next button, it will take to next page where you have to select Atom Feeds or RSS Feeds for your blog. You just click the RSS Feed. See the below picture.
Step 7 : After selecting RSS Feed, You just click the “Next” button. Now you have correct (exact ) Title for your RSS Feed as well as you have to give exact Feed address. Friends, Give RSS Feed Title and RSS Feed Address unique one, memorable one. don’t give irrelevant Feed title and Feed address. Your visitors when looking your feed title and feed address they must identify this feed title and feed address belongs to your website. In such a way you have give Feed Title and Feed Address. You see the below picture it will clearly explain you all the things.
Step 8 : Then, click next button. You see Congrats! Your Feedburner RSS Feed is Now Live. Wants to dress it up a little? you can also see the feed url below the welcome line. After this below page you click Next two times
Step 9 : You see the below picture you tick Clickthroughs, item enclosure downloads and I want more boxes and then click Next button.
Step 10 : Now you feed is ready. You insert in your blogger blog. See the below picture. You click the Publicize link tab.
Step 11: In the Publicize Link Tab. You click the “Email Subscriptions” and Click “Activate” button below the page.
Step 12 : Now select blogger from the list and click “Go” button. (There are three things listed here TypePad, TypePad (Japan) and Last one is Blogger) so you select blogger and click Go button.
Step 13 : It is will automatically add the “E-mail Subscription Box” in your Add a Gadget Page and you click save button above the Page Element Page. That’s all friends.
